I cant buy some of this.  If someone is thoughtless enough to call nearly half of a city population HATERS, it will take more than an &quot;OOPS!&quot; to fix that.  Maybe an actual &quot;I&#039;m Sorry I was wrong.&quot;  is more in order.   That IS NOT unbiased reporting, and if she is printing news that is not true, she has nobody to blame but herself or her reporters, whatever the case may be.  Just becaue the Statesman does it, she thinks it&#039;s OK?  Wrong is wrong, and when you assume the position of informing people you have to perform twice the fact checking, not half.

COMMENT FROM SAUNDRA:  Just a quick clarification because I wasn&#039;t clear in my original post:  The point the Eagle Informer publisher was making in her Statesman analogy was that the Boise Weekly article was wrong and that the Boise Weekly had printed information about Mary Defayette which was not accurate.</description>
